This website is operated by Draw Me A Story, LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We sell printed books, produced to order by a third party print partner, and digital PDF files for personal, at home use. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and printed copies because the artwork is hand drawn and reproduced by print.

Personal use license for digital products

When you buy a print at home PDF you receive a license to download and print the file for use by your own family or, for teachers, your own classroom. You may print as many copies as you need for that purpose. You may not sell, share, post, redistribute, or upload the files or printed pages, in whole or in part, or use them to create products for sale. All artwork, stories, and text remain the property of Draw Me A Story, LLC and Heidi Bradbury.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current contact and shipping information. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Children

Our products are made for children, but our website and checkout are intended for use by adults. Purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or teacher who is 18 or older.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including illustrations, characters, stories, logos, and page designs, is owned by Draw Me A Story, LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission, except as allowed by the personal use license above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draw Me A Story, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
