This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on drawmeastory.shop, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (such as localStorage) works in a similar way. Both let a site remember things between pages or visits.

Always on: needed for the site to work

These do not track you and cannot be switched off, because the site would not work without them.

  • dmas-cart-v1 (browser storage on our site): remembers what is in your cart. It stays until you check out, empty your cart, or clear your browser data.
  • dmas-consent-v1 (browser storage on our site): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. It lasts 12 months, then we ask again.
  • Stripe checkout: when you check out, you move to a secure payment page run by Stripe at checkout.stripe.com. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process payment and prevent fraud. See the Stripe Cookie Policy.

Only with your OK: analytics

If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. If you click Decline, or never make a choice, it never loads and nothing is sent to Google.

  • _ga (Google Analytics): tells one visit from another. Lasts 2 years.
  • _ga_4KVXWSCPJ0 (Google Analytics): keeps track of your current visit. Lasts 2 years.

Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off. Before a page address is sent, we remove any checkout ID from it, so order details never reach Google. To learn how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts.

Your choices

  • Use the cookie banner the first time you visit.
  • Change your mind at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a decline. Analytics stays off unless you click Accept in the banner yourself.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we add or change a cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent again where needed.
